We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Refund conditions: 1. First you need to contact customer service for a refund request within 30 days of receiving the product, once the 30 days have passed, we will no longer accept your refund request. 2. If it was our mistake that caused you to actually receive the wrong or damaged item（excluding minor dust or defects on the package）, we will provide a no-obligation refund. Please contact us and include a picture of your entire order, as well as the damaged/unqualified items and a brief description of the issue. In such an event, we prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction. 3. If the refund is made for the customer's own reasons, such as not liking it, not wanting it anymore, etc., we will need to charge a handling fee of 20% of the selling price for the returned product. Also, any original shipping costs or return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless it is an error on our part. 4. Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how and where to send your return. Please ship your item to the address provided in the email and provide us with a tracking number for your return and we will process your refund. Generally, you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Special circumstances: 1. Since our products are sold worldwide, although it is a very small probability, your parcel may encounter customs clearance, in this case, please contact our customer service first to assist in solving the problem. However, if you refuse to pick up your package, we will not be able to guarantee a full refund. 2. If the parcel is sent to the wrong address because the customer filled in the wrong address himself, we will provide the information of the logistics provider to assist in modifying the address, but we will not make a refund.
